Chocolate & Wine pairing tips & Tricks
Step 1
Neutralize your flavor palette with mineral water, white bread or rosehip tea. Then taste the bubbles, after which you again neutralize your flavor palette, then taste the chocolate.
Step 2
Now the pairing begins! Again, take a piece of chocolate and taste the flavor as the chocolate is slowly melting in your mouth.
