Ingredients
VINADA® Amazing Airén Gold (0%) : 100 ml
Bitter: 30 ml bitter
Sparkling water: 100 ml
Ice cubes: 5 cubes
Orange slices: 2 slices (optional)
Straw (optional)
Supplies: Big red wine glass and a stir spoon
Steps:
Put the ice cubes in the glass together with the slices of orange.
Add the VINADA Amazing Airén Gold (0%), the bitter and the sparkling water. Stir gently.
Ingredients
VINADA® Tinteling Tempranillo Rosé (0%) : 75 ml
Lemon juice: 10 ml
Red Fruit Sorbet ice cream: 125 ml
Raspberry: A few (garnish)
Supplies: Bowl, whisk and a flute
Steps:
Chill the glass by placing it in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes.
Place the sorbet in a bowl. Squeeze the lemon juice and add it. Pour VINADA gradually while stirring with a whisk until everything is mixed and frothy.
Pour immediately into the glass and garnish with raspberries.
Ingredients
Açai: 100 ml of Açai puree
Yogurt: 100 ml
Banana: 1
Blackberries: 6-8 blackberries
Granola: 2-3 tbsp Granola
Mint: 1 sprig
Supplies: Blender and a mocktail glass
Steps:
Place açai, banana, blackberries (keeping 3 slices of banana aside for garnish), and yogurt in a blender. If necessary, add a splash of water to facilitate blending. Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Optional: To enhance flavor and add a sparkling touch, finish by adding a splash of VINADA 0% Sparkling Tempranillo Rosé. Blend for an additional 3-4 seconds to mix thoroughly.
Pour the smoothie into a glass. Sprinkle granola on top, arrange banana slices and blackberries. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Serve with a straw and a spoon.
Ingredients
VINADA® Crispy Chardonnay (0%): 100 ml
Sugar: 150 gr.
Water: 200 ml
Stewed pear: 6 pieces
Orange: 1 piece
Vanilla: 1 stick
Star anise: 5 pieces
Thyme: 3 sprigs
Supplies: pan, ice cube tray, blender and a coupe
Steps:
Chill the glass by placing some ice cubes in it or briefly placing it in the freezer.
In a blender, combine 6 cubes of frozen poached pear per person with 50 ml of VINADA Chardonnay. Blend until well mixed and frothy.
Pour an additional 50 ml of VINADA Cripsy Chardonnay into the blender and blend briefly again.
Pour the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe and garnish with a star anise.
Ingredients
Water: 200 ml
Sugar: 200 gr.
Ice cube: 1 large cube
Blackberries: A handful
Thyme: 3 sprigs

Steps:
Make the blackberry-thyme syrup: Heat 100 grams of blackberries with 200 ml water, 200 grams of sugar, and 2 sprigs of fresh thyme until the blackberries are soft and the sugar is dissolved. Strain the mixture and store it in a bottle.
Place a (large) ice cube in a coupe glass.
Pour the syrup over the ice and top it with VINADA Tinteling Tempranillo Rosé.
Garnish with blackberries and a sprig of thyme.

Mango: 50gr
Orange: 1 orange peel
Lime Juice: 10ml
Sugar Syrup: 10ml
Ice Cubes: A Handful
Supplies: Blender and a flute
Steps:
Make the sugar syrup by dissolving 1 part sugar in 1 part hot water.
Chill your glass by adding ice or placing the glass briefly in the freezer.
In a blender, combine the frozen mango with lime juice and the sugar syrup. Add a splash of VINADA to create a smooth puree.
Pour the puree into the glass and top it off with VINADA Amazing Airén Gold.
Garnish with orange peel.
Ingredients:
Passionfruit syrup: 30ml
1/2 a passionfruit
two wedges of lime
5 ice cubes (optional)
1 egg white (optional)
Supplies: Coupe glass and a cocktail shaker
Steps:
Cut the passionfruit in half and scrape half the passionfruit into the cocktail shaker. Then squeeze the lime into the shaker. Optional: Add the egg white in the shaker to create a foam layer.
Add the passionfruit syrup. Optional: Fill the shaker with ice cubes. Start shaking.
Pour the cocktail shaker into the coupe glass. Add the VINADA and stir slowly.
Ingredients:
Egg: 1
Non-Alcoholic Gin: 45ml
Fresh Lemon Juice: 15ml
Rose Water: 2 Teaspoons
Edible Fresh Flowers: A Handful
Ice Cubes: A Handful
Supplies: Mocktail Shaker
Steps:
Pour the non-alcoholic gin, lemon, and rose water into a shaker
Crack an egg and separate the egg white from the yolk
Add the egg white and a handful of ice to the shaker
Close the shaker and shake vigorously for 45 seconds.
Strain your drink into the glass and add 90ml of our lovely VINADA® Amazing Airén Gold (0%).
Garnish with edible flowers.
Ingredients:
Lemon Lemonade: 80ml
Lemon: 2 Slices
Ice Cubes: A Handful
Supplies: Mocktail Shaker
Steps:
Cut and arrange the lemon slices in a glass.
Fill the glass with ice.
Pour lemonade over the ice
Top if off with VINADA® Tinteling Tempranillo Rosé (0%)
Stir the mocktail and it’s ready to serve!

Red Fruit mixed: 100 gr
Mint Sprigs: 3
Ice Cubes: A Handful
Raspberries and Mint (garnish)
Steps:
Blend the frozen raspberries on high speed until they are smooth.
Divide the raspberry purée into a glass of your choice
Pour the Surely Sparkling Rosé into each glass.
Garnish with fresh mint and raspberries if desired.

VINADA® Amazing Airén Gold (0%): 120 ml
(fresh) Orange Juice: 60 ml
Ice Cubes: A Handful
Sliced Orange (garnish): 1
Steps:
Chill the VINADA and orange juice in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
When ready to serve, pour equal parts of orange juice and VINADA into a champagne flute. The typical ratio is 1/2 VINADA and 1/2 orange juice, but you can adjust the proportions to suit your preference.
Gently stir the mixture with a spoon.
Optionally, garnish with a fresh orange slice on the rim of the glass.

(fresh) Mango: 40 gr
Mango Ice Cream: 2 tbsp
Steps:
In a blender, combine the chopped mango and mango ice cream. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a glass.
Pour the VINADA® Amazing Airén over the mango mixture.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a slice of fresh mango, if desired.
Note: You can adjust the amount of mango ice cream to your desired level of sweetness and creaminess. If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add a splash of water to the mixture before blending.

Lemonade (regular or diet) to taste
Club Soda: 10 ml
Ice Cubes: A Handful
Lemon Slice (garnish): 1
Steps:
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour in the VINADA Crispy Chardonnay.
Add lemonade to taste.
Top up the glass with club soda.
Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
Garnish the glass with a slice of lemon.
Serve immediately, while it's ice cold.

Steps:
Start by freezing some fresh fruits and edible flowers! Lavendel violets and much more you like.
Fill up the glass until it’s completely full.
Add some fresh strawberries
Finish with some fresh leaves of mint.
Stir your fresh mocktail and enjoy.

(fresh) Apple Juice: 60 ml
Lemon: 1/4
Cinnamon Sticks: 1 or 2
Mint Sprigs: 2
Crushed Ice: A Handful
Cinnamon powder (garnish) & Sugar (garnish)
Steps:
Moisten the top edge of the glass, then twist the glass around in the cinnamon/sugar mix to ensure the entire rim is coated.
Fill the glass with ice and then add the apple juice.
Fill up the glass with VINADA® Tinteling Tempranillo Rosé.
Add a squeeze of lemon, garnish with a cinnamon stick and mint sprigs.

Lemon Sorbet Ice: 1 scoop
Steps:
Chill your glass in the freezer for a few minutes before making the mocktail.
Add a scoop of Lemon Sorbet Ice into the chilled glass.
Pour 100 ml of VINADA Amazing Airén Gold over the sorbet ice.
Gently stir the mixture with a spoon until the sorbet ice is fully incorporated into the wine.
Add some sprigs of mint to the glass, stirring them in to release their flavor.
Garnish with additional mint sprigs, if desired.

Steps:

Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice: 15 ml
Steps:
Fill the glass with ice.
Add the grapefruit juice and stir until cold.
Add VINADA® Crispy Chardonnay OR Amazing Airén Gold
Add the mint sprigs and stir.
Add a slice of grapefruit for garnish and serve.

Cloves: 4
Star Anise: 2
Cinnamon Sticks: 2
Slice of Orange: 1
Ginger Ale: 60 ml
Steps:
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Add 4 cloves, 2 star anise, and 2 cinnamon sticks to the glass.
Top with a slice of orange.
Pour in 100 ml of VINADA Crispy Chardonnay.
Add 60 ml of ginger ale.
Gently stir the mixture until all ingredients are combined.
